The Cleveland Cavaliers will be shorthanded again when they face the Philadelphia 76ers on Friday night. Evan Mobley (calf) and Isaac Okoro (shoulder) have been ruled out of the game. Caris LeVert (wrist) is classified as doubtful.

When questioned about Mobley’s calf strain before Monday’s game against the Phoenix Suns, Kenny Atkinson said it was a day-to-day situation.
“It’s not a bad strain,” Atkinson explained. “[It’s] a small tension. I don’t think it’ll last long. I believe it will be a quick event.”
Mobley has not played since last Thursday’s loss to the Oklahoma City Thunder. He’s averaging 18.6 points and 8.8 rebounds per game this season, and he’ll most certainly be made an All-Star.
Okoro has been battling with a shoulder issue since December 17. He missed over three weeks due to the injury and was not the same when he returned and attempted to play through it on January 8. His shot, which had been reliable throughout the season, was off in his last five games. The goal is that when he returns, he will be closer to totally recovered.
Cleveland’s LeVert has missed the last two games and may miss another due to a wrist injury. He last played in Friday’s victory over the Minnesota Timberwolves.
The Cavs are in the midst of a busy stretch in their schedule. They will face the Houston Rockets again on Saturday, as part of a five-game span over seven nights. We’ll see if any of their injured players can make a comeback during this stretch of games.
