Huge Deal: Packers announced the signing of another top free-agent guard to a four year deal…

he Green Bay Packers have reportedly strengthened their offensive line by signing former San Francisco 49ers guard Aaron Banks during free agency.

As per Ian Rapoport, Banks, who was considered the top offensive guard available, has agreed to a four-year, $77 million deal with Green Bay.

The 27-year-old, a Notre Dame alum, has been a vital part of the 49ers’ lineup, missing just a few games in the past three seasons. He is anticipated to offer protection for quarterback Jordan Love.

In the previous season, Banks was flagged three times, including two false starts and one holding penalty.
